How to Enter the Air Race Classic
The first step in entering the Air Race Classic is to request a Race Registration Kit. This kit provides all the registration information and application forms that you need. Once you receive the kit, fill out the appropriate forms and submit your application. After your application is accepted, ARC will send further instructions and updates as the race event approaches. Additional details for each step are explained below. We look forward to seeing you at the races!
How to Request a Race Registration Kit (2 methods)

-Pay $30 Race Registration Kit fees through Paypal
-Official Race Registration Kit may be downloaded from the website
Mail your request
-Print ARC Flyer
-Use request slip on bottom of Flyer
-Mail to Air Race Classic, Inc address on request slip
-Please be sure to include your check $30 for the Race Registration Kit and
supply your return address
-Official Registration Kit will be mailed via regular US mail service
Receive an Official Registration Kit
-Official Race Registration Kit may be downloaded immediately in pdf format from this web site when you apply online. Or if you requested a kit via regular US mail, it will be returned to you via regular US mail.
-Your entry packet will contain:
- E-1 Official Race Rules
- E-2 General Information -- dates, schedule, & race mileage
- E-3 Annual Instructions
- E-4 Application for Entry
- E-5A, 5B, 5C Pilot/Co-pilot and Passenger Publicity Forms
- E-6 Airplane Entry Form

Assemble Your Information
- Verify that you are using ARC 2008 forms. Entry forms from prior years will not be accepted.
- Fill out all paperwork completely. Make sure it is neat and legible.
- All applications must be returned via regular US mail.
- Fill out all E-4 Applications completely – Pilot signature required. (Return 2
copies.)
- Fill out the E-5A,5B,5C Publicity Forms completely and accurately. (Return 5
copies.)
- Fill out E-6 Airplane Entry Form and provide copies of requested documents from the aircraft log books – be sure log books are complete (Return 4 complete sets of all documents.)

- B-1 or B-2 Mother Bird/Baby Bird Information, where applicable
