Air Race Classic, Inc. is a nonprofit
501(c)(3) organization dedicated to:

• Encouraging and educating current
  and future women pilots
• Increasing public awareness
  of general aviation
• Demonstrating women's roles in aviation
• Presenting and promoting the tradition of pioneering women in aviation

Air Race Classic Catalog

-  ARC Medallion - A wonderful way to recognize an Air Race Classic Racer. Anyone who has raced and completed at least one leg of any Air Race Classic is entitled to this medallion.  The medallion was designed by racer Esther Lowry Safford, founding ARC Board member. On the medallion are three birds:  each represents one of the prestigious women's air races: the  Women's Air Derby, the All Women's Transcontinental Air Race (AWTAR), and the Air Race Classic (ARC). The twenty-one notches in the circle surrounding these birds represent the twenty-one racers who competed in the first Air Race Classic. What finer gift to give a racer you know.
